Cancellation Policy
SACRED REMEMBRANCE SESSIONS (Individual) Booking Policy: Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance Full payment required at time of booking to secure your space Available: Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–6pm PST Confirmation email includes Zoom link and preparation guidance Cancellation Policy: 48+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund or reschedule with $50 fee Less than 24 hours: No refund, reschedule for $100 fee No-shows forfeit full payment COSMIC COLLECTIVE (Group Sessions) Booking Policy: Group sessions may be held online or in person Must be booked a minimum of 1 week in advance Limited to 8 participants per session Full payment required to reserve your place Booking closes 72 hours before session or when full Pre-session email includes preparation materials and session logistics Cancellation Policy: 7+ days notice: Full refund or transfer to another collective 3–7 days notice: 50% refund or guaranteed spot in a future group Less than 72 hours: Credit toward a future group session (valid for 6 months) No-shows forfeit payment but receive a session recording (if online) Waitlist Policy: Join the waitlist if your preferred session is full You'll receive 24-hour priority notification if a space opens Option for automatic transfer to the next available collective THE 11 ACTIVATIONS (Complete Series) Booking Policy: Includes an initial consultation call before purchase Payment plans available: 50% deposit + balance over 3 months Sessions scheduled flexibly over a 6–12 month window Priority access to all available session times Cancellation Policy: Individual session cancellations follow standard 48-hour policy Package cancellation: Prorated refund minus completed sessions Extended breaks permitted with 30-day notice All sessions must be completed within 18 months of purchase GENERAL POLICIES All sessions are confidential and may be recorded for your personal use only Technical issues causing session disruption will be rescheduled at no charge In the event of facilitator emergency, you will receive a full refund or priority rebooking All times listed are in PST International clients are responsible for their own time zone conversion
